Digital Services are looking for 2 Digital Analysts to join our Technical Support Team to support a range of University IT applications. To work as part of a team to support and deliver change that will substantially benefit the University and ensure the delivery of a robust, efficient and user-friendly service to our customers across the University. Contribute to the application roadmap and backlog, delivering high-quality, documented requirements to ensure timely delivery of agreed workloads through well planned sprints. Work with team members under the direction of Architects and Applications Manager to deliver the strategy and future plans for the Applications.
