Hours per week: 22.5 hours per week across four days. Monday – Thursday.
In line with our hybrid working model. Within this role you will be required to work in person alternating weeks of one or two days each week.

About the role
The PGO team is a sub-team within Healthy Lives that provides programme management, grants, finance and business support to the Healthy Lives team as well as to the Director across the strategic priority. We are a friendly team that prides itself on producing high quality work. There is a strong ethos of supporting each other to achieve this goal.
Working alongside other support staff, the post-holder will provide high quality administrative support to the Healthy Lives Directorate to help them achieve their strategic goals. This includes providing administrative support for meetings and events, onboarding new staff and ensuring smooth business operations across Healthy Lives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and organisational skills with good attention to detail, be highly proactive, adaptable and thrive working in a fast paced, busy environment.
