Join Our Dynamic Electrical Team! Are you passionate about teaching within further education? Eager to share your industry expertise? We have full-time permanent positions available for talented individuals who can bring their knowledge and experience of Electrical Installation, from both industry and FE teaching, to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Teaching across level 1 to level 3 qualification, both practical and theory
  • Monitoring attendance and behaviour
  • Marking of exams and assessments
  • Progressing the learner tracker and enrichment experience
  • Various upskilling opportunities e.g., assessor awards and short courses
  • Promotion of professional behaviours within the classroom

You will thrive in our team if you have a strong willingness to learn and grow, excel at problem-solving and are confident in handling challenging situations. Essential skills and experience include:

  • Qualified in Electrical Installation to a level 3 NVQ standard, or willing to work towards
  • Hold a teaching qualification at L5 or be willing to work towards
  • Passionate and driven to inspire learners to achieve
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively work across different levels
  • Working collaboratively to achieve shared goals within the team and the wider college
