An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative academic leader to take on the role of Deputy Dean – Teaching and Learning at University College Birmingham.
As Deputy Dean, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience across our School of Engineering, Digital & Sustainable Construction. You will lead the implementation of the University’s Learning and Teaching Strategy, ensuring that our curriculum is engaging, industry-focused, and supports the success of a diverse student body.
You will have experience in academic leadership, particularly in embedding teaching excellence, digital innovation, and quality enhancement. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, piloting new pedagogical innovations, and ensuring that our teaching meets regulatory requirements.
