About the role
This post is an opportunity to build your career in business, operations and financial administration in a small friendly team within a London Russell Group University.
The Senior Business Operations Officer will work within the Arts & Humanities Faculty Office Team. The postholder will proactively complete administrative tasks across two of our institutes and five faculty research centres to include processing financial tasks, supporting the operations of each institute and centre, and managing shared Faculty inboxes for the institutes and the centres. The post holder will work with a range of faculty staff to successfully execute their tasks and will report directly to the Digital Futures Institute Manager.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and well organised, and enjoy working as part of a busy and friendly team. They will have experience of delivering excellent customer service, working well in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with key stakeholders and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
