About the role
King’s College London is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Fellow in Clinical Pharmacy to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education in clinical pharmacy and pharmacy practice. This role is vital to equipping students with the skills and knowledge required for successful careers in healthcare.
The successful candidate will deliver innovative teaching and assessment, integrating both theoretical and practical learning experiences. Responsibilities include leading lectures, facilitating practical sessions, conducting clinical simulation training, and fostering collaboration across healthcare disciplines. As a professional and module lead, the role involves, but is not limited to, the design, delivery and assessment of teaching, including simulations, working with non-clinical staff in ensuring integration of science into practice and ensuring alignment with academic standards.
The role also includes being a personal tutor, supervising undergraduate projects, guiding students in their academic journey, and contributing to the development and marking of assessments. This position is ideal for a passionate educator eager to shape the future of pharmacy education and inspire the next generation of pharmacy professionals.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed-term contract for 3 years.
