This new part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available from 30th April 2025 on a permanent basis.

This is a part-time role for 29.2 hours per week. Hours to be worked are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8.00-4.00 or 9.00-5.00 depending on rota.

Summary of the role
You will be joining a motivated and experienced team delivering a first-class service in a reception based on the Streatham Campus. You will be joining a team of reception staff who support and manage several receptions across the campus with the expectation of homing a main base but the ability to work across all receptions.

We are seeking a motivated individual who has a proven record in delivering excellent administrative skills, has prior experience in telephony, and the ability to deal with a wide range of inquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face. Also have experience in the use of various IT systems for which full training will be provided.
