As Head of Student Registry, you will be responsible for operational management of the teams across the student lifecycle; registration, fees and funding, exams, results and much more. You will shape the future of student administration and ensure a seamless journey for our diverse student body.
This pivotal role requires a strong operational manager with a proven track record of delivering transformative change and fostering a culture of excellence. The role's primary aim is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of all student administration services. Key duties include developing and implementing the Student Registry's strategic vision, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring data quality and compliance, leading and developing a high-performing team, and managing key stakeholder relationships. Anticipated outcomes include enhanced student satisfaction, streamlined processes, improved data integrity, and a highly motivated and effective team. The post holder will also drive continuous improvement through data analysis and the implementation of best practices, contributing directly to the University's strategic objectives.
