About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic International Higher Education professional to join our Global Engagement Office, as Head of Global Partnerships and Opportunities.
The post holder, who must have experience of International Higher Education, primarily within a partnerships and/or student mobility context and ideally with some experience of initiating and/or implementing TNE projects, will play a lead role in delivering on objectives related to increasing Queen Mary's global partnership network, diversifying our international student recruitment channels, expanding inbound and outbound student mobility opportunities and our extending our TNE footprint into new regions of the world.
About You
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident individual who is able to lead a team, located both in London and across 6 other regional offices, that is managing multiple partnerships with leading institutions across the world. Skills in relationship management are vital given the role requires building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority. The post holder will need to work across the university with both academic and professional services staff, to ensure we are well positioned to deliver on both small and large scale projects.
Working with colleagues across the wider External Relations Directorate, the post holder will also be part of a senior team working collectively on cross-cutting projects outside of the day-to-day responsibility of your substantive role.
