Saïd Business School is seeking an experienced Associate Director, MBA Programme Delivery to oversee and manage the MBA Programme Team. The Oxford MBA is a globally renowned programme that attracts students from over 60 countries, building on the University of Oxford’s distinguished legacy of leadership development. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional student experience and fostering future global leaders who can address world-scale challenges.
 
Reporting to the MBA Director, the Associate Director will play a key leadership role in overseeing the MBA Programme Team (10-12 members) and ensuring the seamless delivery of the student experience across the MBA and 1+1 MBA degree programmes. They will provide strategic direction, manage resources and drive continuous improvement in programme delivery, student engagement and curriculum development.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of senior staff members to ensure effective programme management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the MBA programme, from admissions to completion, ensuring excellence at every stage.
  • Manage programme budgets effectively and delegate authority as necessary.
  • Contribute to accreditation activities and programme evaluations to maintain quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
You should possess extensive experience in managing in multi-stakeholder environments, working closely with postgraduate students, and demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills across diverse cultures and senior-level audiences. Additionally, you should exhibit a deep understanding of the MBA market, along with proven competency in programme management and delivery, including successful coordination from inception to completion.
