We are seeking a qualified lawyer to be the University’s appointed Data Protection Officer and to lead on implementing the University’s Information Governance Framework, providing leadership and advice to colleagues across the University on the effective risk-based governance and management of information. You will provide authoritative advice and direction to all our information governance and records management activities, ensuring that effective approaches are developed and maintained to support the University’s strategic planning framework and to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
