About the Role
This role will be part of a team providing support for academics in Schools/Institutes for pre-award financial and contractual requirements where this can vary based on any particular aspects required.
This role will is key in ensuring fast and efficient research support administration, with a focus on quality and responsiveness.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for meeting service level agreements for standard grants or agreeing response timeframes for non-standard grants or contracts.
It is expected the post holder will keep up to date with changes in that funders positions and to share knowledge amongst relevant central and school/institute based teams.
About You
You will be experienced in UK HEI Research Project Costings, and have an understanding of Research Contracts, and willing to develop within these areas. Educated to Degree level with experience of fEC and financial costing IT systems. A strong communicator, with a proactive approach, looking to support our Researcher, Academics and Clinicians through the Research Funding application process.
