We are seeking a strategic and creative change communications professional for a CRM Programme who excels at crafting clear, compelling messages that bring complex change to life. If that’s you, you will be adept at translating programme objectives into engaging narratives, ensuring stakeholders at all levels understand and support the change journey. You’ll have a collaborative mindset, a keen eye for impactful storytelling, and the ability to create high-quality communications and engagement materials, whilst helping drive awareness, commitment, and enthusiasm for the programme’s benefits. You will need to operate confidently in a complex environment and be able to balance competing priorities, while proactively identifying opportunities to shape and enhance communications in an evolving landscape.
As part of our Digital Transformation aims, this is an exciting new role that provides an opportunity to work on a significant, University-wide CRM programme with far-reaching benefits. You’ll be working in an engaging, collaborative, and delivery-focused team who put the customer at the heart of what we do. You will use your experience and expertise to advise and guide colleagues to achieve effective, impactful, and engaging change communications.
This role also offers the opportunity for hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
