Saïd Business School has developed a thriving digital education portfolio, launching over 20 online Executive Education programmes and establishing an elumni community of 40,000 members. To enhance our engagement with these online programme participants and our broader alumni network, we are seeking a committed Alumni Community Manager to join our team.
As the Alumni Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing this vibrant community. Reporting to the Head of Alumni Engagement, you will implement engagement strategies, oversee community interactions, manage the elumni networking platform and create high-value engagement opportunities. This role offers a unique opportunity to creatively combine digital engagement, content strategy and relationship-building to foster a strong and active alumni network.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and drive the alumni engagement strategy to support the School’s objectives in fundraising, research, recruitment and careers impact.
- Manage the creation of new alumni communities, such as scholar alumni groups, and collaborate with teams across the School to maximise engagement.
- Oversee content creation for newsletters, digital platforms and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and manage an annual calendar of alumni events, including in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences.
- Manage and enhance the elumni platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
You will have experience managing social media platforms or online communities, with a strong understanding of community networks, their design, functionality and strategy. Proficiency with Salesforce.com products, marketing skills and a data-driven approach to engagement - including data modelling and dashboard creation—are essential. You should also have a background in creative content production, digital content generation and stakeholder relationship management.
