The Corporate and Professional Services departments are the cornerstone of the University. They each provide essential and valuable support to both each other and the Academic departments, helping the University to function in the most efficient and productive way, ensuring that the students’ experience is second to none.
Registry Officer
The Registry Officer will provide on-campus administrative support across all stages of the student lifecycle. Acting as the first point of contact for students and staff, you will deliver high-quality, front-line services and ensure the smooth administration of Registry functions in line with university policies and procedures. You will work closely with the Deputy Head of Academic Services (Operations) and a small team of professionals to enhance the overall student experience.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a passion for supporting students throughout their academic journey and delivering excellent administrative services.
Student Records: Maintain accurate, accessible student records and coordinate with relevant departments.
Student Progression: Update records for results, transfers, withdrawals, and suspensions.
Exam Support: Assist with exam scheduling, timetables, seat plans, invigilation, attending exam boards and managing post-exam duties.
Certificate Handling: Issue certificates and related documentation.
Data Reporting: Prepare ad hoc reports using student-related systems to provide key insights.
Collaborative Support: Provide administrative assistance to other departments within Academic Services as directed.
