This is a fixed-term appointment for 24 months
The LSE Department of Health Policy aims to advance knowledge and understanding of health care systems through undertaking post-graduate and executive teaching, and through research and scholarship at the highest international quality standards to the benefit of the international and national health policy community.
The Executive MSc Programmes Administrator will support the Executive Programmes Manager in delivering high-quality, comprehensive administrative support for three Executive MSc programmes within the Department of Health Policy. This role involves liaising with programme applicants, students, academic staff, and administrative colleagues, coordinating key programme activities and events, and ensuring effective record-keeping and assessment processing in accordance with regulations. They will also play a key role in enhancing the student experience throughout the entire programme lifecycle—from application to graduation and beyond.
Candidates should have previous relevant administration experience within Higher Education and be educated to degree level or equivalent experience. They will have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft 365 (including Excel, Teams, Outlook). Experience using educational technology platforms such as a Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle), and/or student-record databases (SITS) would be an advantage.
