We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and organised individual with a commitment to excellent customer service, to join us as a Registry Officer leading the Undergraduate Applications Team to cover a period of maternity leave.
You will have experience of working in higher education administration, preferably with expertise in the UCAS applications process, as well as knowledge and understanding of the key HE issues affecting applicants and students across the sector. With excellent analytical, numerical, and organisational skills, you will have experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment and will be committed to enhancing the Unit’s service to applicants, students, staff, and external contacts. You will have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, enabling you to analyse complex issues, identify solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement. Additionally, you will have experience of forward planning, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach, with knowledge of producing reports and using data to inform developments and decision-making.
