The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the role of Deputy Academic Services Manager to one of the Five Schools/Faculty at Roehampton University. It is essential that candidates have strong management experience, preferably within the Higher Education setting.
This role leads and organises the operational timelines and work of the Roehampton Programme Administration team. You will co-ordinate the provision of an efficient, effective, accurate and responsive administrative support service to all on campus academic programmes, students and staff but also work closely with the Academic Services Manager to ensure business continuity across the school.
The successful candidate will be expected to have a high level of understanding of the student-related academic cycle in higher education and related administrative processes, strong liaison / supervisory skills to lead a team and a service-oriented approach. You will be proactive and able to liaise with key stakeholders across the university as needed.
We are London’s Campus University, based on a beautiful 54-acre parkland campus close to the River Thames with excellent transport links and a short walk to Barnes train station (8 minutes to Clapham Junction, 20 minutes to Central London).
