The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the Fixed Term role of Programme Administrator to work within the Academic Services team. This role provides specialist administration working closely with academic staff to support students’ placements with our primary and secondary partners schools.
You will contribute to the provision of an efficient, effective, accurate and responsive administrative support service with the School Partnership Office (placement team) within the School of Education department to Undergraduate, Postgraduate, collaborative partners and staff.
The Programme Administrator will be part of work with our School Partnership Office team and will work closely with new and existing schools’ partners to place students each year. The role will work as part of a team to develop the online supervision system and also liaise with the Head of Partnerships to set up all logistics relating to placements.
You will be expected to have a good level of understanding of the student-related academic cycle in higher education and related administrative processes; have positive liaison skills and a service-oriented approach, confident communicator, self-motivated and excited by taking on challenging targets which will make a real difference and have excellent computer skills.
