Job Summary - A graduate is sought as a Student Funding Assistant, for the University of Exeter. The role is to support the work of the Student Funding Team in triaging and processing applications for financial support through the Success for All Fund. You will be required to handle sensitive data, be methodical and have a professional manner in written communications. This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership (GBP) scheme and offers full time hours (36.5 per week) from April 2025 for 12 months. About You – You should be a graduate who has excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and IT skills, is able to manage a varied and demanding workload and to work to quickly changing deadlines and has an interest in the student learning experience. You should have a creative approach to problem solving, have the ability to work alone or as part of a small team, prioritising appropriately, and be able to effectively communicate with lots of different members of the university community, students, academic colleagues and senior managers. Prior experience of involvement in any change projects, project management, event organising, or of working with academic or student colleagues in capacity as class rep, or similar roles are desirable but not essential.
