The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the new role of Head of Planning to lead our expanding Planning team. This is an exciting time to join the team and wider Planning & Strategic Projects Directorate as we are rolling out an enhanced range of planning services for the University.
We are seeking an experienced and confident manager with strong leadership, planning and organisation skills, as well as skills and experience in analysing complex problems and co-designing solutions swiftly and effectively. You will also be an excellent communicator and influencer, able to build positive and constructive working relationships with both your team members and colleagues at all levels within the university.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving continuous improvement and implementing new ways of working. You will bring a strong entrepreneurial spirit to your work and be willing and able to innovate and experiment in the design and delivery of new products and services that can support an effective planning function in a complex organisation.
