The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Global Student Recruitment and Admissions Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for leading the University’s Recruitment, Applicant Marketing, Admissions and Enquiries and International partnerships development objectives.
The International Partnerships Development Manager will support the Head of International Partnerships Development in the operational delivery of the University’s global partnership objectives, particularly in the areas of Transnational Education (TNE), progression partnerships, and the monitoring of partnership performance. The role focuses on the day-to-day administration and management of partnership development and the implementation of recruitment-based partnerships while ensuring compliance with established University procedures, including the Educational Partnerships Code of Practice.
The role requires robust market research, stakeholder engagement, and effective relationship management, coordinating with Faculties, Schools, and Professional Services across the University. This postholder will actively manage the operational implementation of partnership development activities and implementation of recruitment-based partnerships, oversee performance reporting, and support the strategic ambitions of the institution in international markets.
The role involves substantial internal collaboration and extensive external interaction, including travel, to engage with partners, networks, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
