Liverpool Business School is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Head of Strategic Projects and Accreditation Development. This pivotal role will involve working collaboratively with staff across the school to drive strategic initiatives and develop accreditation processes. Through your contributions, you will play a key role in enhancing the school’s activities, experiences, and outcomes sustainably.

We invite applications from driven, talented, and ambitious professionals who have demonstrable experience in leading successful accreditation journeys and delivering strategic projects within Higher Education. With a deep understanding of the standards and requirements of professional accreditations such as AACSB, SBC, PRME and EFMD, you will contribute to Liverpool Business School’s ongoing efforts to achieve international accreditation.

As Head of Strategic Projects and Accreditation Development you will work closely with the Director of the School, Associate Director of Accreditation, and School Subject Heads to shape and implement strategic initiatives. You will lead the development of systems and processes to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and alignment with the school’s teaching, learning, research, and knowledge exchange (KE) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership and staff to deliver on strategic projects and accreditation goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of systems and processes to align with accreditation standards.
  • Support the School’s teaching and learning strategy, research, and KE activities.
  • Drive sustainable enhancements across the School’s activities and outcomes

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in successfully leading accreditation processes within Higher Education.
  • A proven track record of delivering strategic projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of professional accreditation standards (e.g., AACSB, SBC, EFMD).
  • The ability to work collaboratively at a strategic level with diverse stakeholders.
