You will also be expected to participate in all activities with the children, including developing their independence and supporting their personal care.
We are increasingly welcoming children with additional needs and, ideally, you will have some experience of working with children who need a little more input to help them reach their potential.
As a grade 3 member of the team, you will have a pivotal role in the running of the room and supporting the senior practitioner room leader, this will involve some leadership responsibilities.
