Coventry Careers Hub are a collaborative effort between The Careers & Enterprise Company and Coventry City Council. Coventry Careers Hub operates within Coventry's Education Service and is delivered by ThinkHigher on behalf of the local authority to provide strategic support to careers leaders.
ThinkHigher is a collaborative outreach partnership providing information, advice and guidance in careers education and access to Higher Education, particularly for underrepresented young people.

About You
The successful candidate will take a fast-paced approach to taking on and delivering new and innovative projects to address inequalities and support all young people to find their next best step. They will understand the Careers Education landscape in England and strive to help and support colleagues working in Careers based roles in schools and colleges across Coventry. The successful candidate will communicate with a range of different stakeholders in education and industry, building effective relationships with ease and be comfortable and confident delivering presentations to a range of individuals about our work. They will understand the barriers faced by young people, families, schools and communities within the locality and will take pride in project management, regularly monitoring the success of projects. The successful candidate will take an inclusive and antiracist approach to their work and nurture a strong sense of collegiality within ThinkHigher and wider teams.
