About the role
As Donation Services Manager, you'll join a supportive and dynamic team, which is part of our wider Advancement Strategy and Operations team. The team plays a pivotal role supporting fundraising at UCL, providing a range of services that ensure operational, financial, and technical information and processes are in place to enable giving to UCL.
The role involves supporting colleagues with securing philanthropic income to UCL, ensuring donors receive an exceptional experience. You'll be passionate about supporting a wide range of queries, providing advice and guidance, as well as support with related gift paperwork. You'll also work on key initiatives to help streamline and enhance the team’s processes and guidance.
We're happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

We are looking for a collaborative and motivated individual who can provide excellent fundraising support to colleagues across the department and the university. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to use their initiative to improve service delivery.
