Grade 8 Salary Range £47,874 - £56,921

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of Keele University’s Paramedic Sciences team within the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences.

In this role, you will:

• Play an important role in teaching and shaping the paramedic science curriculum for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Lead or contribute to modules and programs in the Paramedic Science area, with opportunities to take on leadership roles as you develop.
• Work closely with colleagues in the School and across the University, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
• Support continuous curriculum development, ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of paramedic practice. 

We encourage professional growth, with the role initially focused on enhancing your teaching skills and scholarship activity. Over time, there will be opportunities to develop recognised scholarship aligned with the School’s areas of expertise in higher education.

What We are Looking For:

• A degree or higher qualification in Paramedic Science or a related field.
• Current registration with the HCPC as a paramedic, with a clear record to practice.
• Experience teaching in a clinical or higher education setting, along with relevant hands-on experience in paramedic practice in the UK.

Please note that the starting salary will typically be at the bottom of the pay scale shown above.
