We are now looking for a Student Success Officer to join any campus on a full time, fixed term basis, working 37 hours per week.
THE ROLE
You will develop close working relationships with various teams to ensure that a holistic approach is taken to academic success.
Using a coaching and partnership-focused approach, you will support students to achieve success at university. The core function of the role is to contribute to the delivery of improved student retention and academic success. You will offer support and opportunities, particularly to students that are at risk of academic failure or premature exit. You will ensure that students are fully aware of the range of support available and the options they have to move forward. The post may require travel between different locations and other University sites depending on operational needs.

To be considered as a Student Success Officer, you will need:
Annual leave entitlement is 28 days’ annual leave per year, plus 8 bank holidays and 4 University closure days.
