We have a rare opportunity to join the Bursarial Office for a part-time administrator (15 to 16 hours per week) to assist the Director of HR with the on-boarding of new starters and leavers, supporting recruitment process, and assisting the HR Assistant with administrative tasks.
Trinity Hall has over 175 employees and 80 Fellows, the HR Team (currently 2 of us) is looking after demands from both Operational Staff and Employed Academic Staff. We also work closely with the other departments to support their staffing demands and employment matters.

This is for a minimum of 2 days a week on site - Thursdays and Fridays from 08:30 - the rest we can be flexible whilst attending to the needs of the operations (eg. interviews, meetings and HR support).
