Kitchen Porter

Full-time, 75 hours per fortnight

Due to retirement, we are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team in the Catering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleaning and operation of the plate and pan wash and cleaning areas of the kitchen e.g. walls, drainage gullies and extract ventilation. Duties also include some vegetable preparation and polishing and cleaning.

The successful candidate will have an ability to understand and apply health, safety and food hygiene guidelines. They will be able to lift dry and perishable goods (training is provided) and will be reliable, with an ability to be flexible.
