About the role
This is a new Careers Consultant job with a Finance specialism. Many UCL School of Management students aspire to work in the financial sector. In this job you'll form part of a team of Careers Consultants and Employer Engagement professionals, to plan and deliver a comprehensive Careers and Professional Development Programme. This includes a mix of workshops, seminars, 1:1 coaching and application support, ensuring that every student has access to personal, bespoke support on their own unique Careers journey, and the ability to excel in the recruitment process.

About you
For this job we're looking for people with a passion for coaching/mentoring, and who have experience of supporting the career development of others. Having experience in one or more of the target sectors (Finance, Fintech or Accountancy) OR significant experience and working knowledge of financial services gained from a similar role in another university or business school is essential for this specialist role.
