The Campaign and Alumni Relations Office (CARO) engages our global community of more than 340,000 alumni, in almost 200 countries, so that they continue to thrive. We offer opportunities for alumni, friends and supporters to stay in touch with the university and encourage them to give donations and volunteer their time to support students from a wide range of backgrounds and to contribute to research that changes the world.
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Channels Officer to help deliver outstanding digital content and campaigns that engage our alumni, donors, and supporters. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, impactful communications across email, social media, and web platforms, ensuring our messages resonate with diverse audiences and align with our ambitious campaign objectives.

The role
You will play a vital role in creating and managing digital content for key campaigns such as Giving Day, Graduation, and alumni surveys. Working collaboratively with the Communication Managers and other teams within CARO, you will develop tailored digital assets, craft engaging email communications, and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvements.
