Your role as a Catering Assistant (Costa Coffee or Subway): 

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking people, who take pride in their work and enjoy working in fast paced Catering Environments.

Working within either at our busy Costa Coffee or Subway store, main duties for this role will include the preparation and service of a wide range of speciality food and drink items, understanding and adhering to all quality standards, formulas and procedures, clearing tables, using the till and general cleaning within the unit; providing excellent customer service particularly in demanding and busy service times. 

As a member of our team, you will be the face of a global brand and have a positive approach and be a colleague that the team look forward to working with and building strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals.

Experience of working in a similar customer facing environment is essential for this role.

Hours of work:

Post 1 – 14 per week, (7 hours per day working mainly Saturday and Sunday on a rotation basis between the hours of 7.00am and 7.30pm, on a permanent fractional contract for 33 weeks of the year basis. 

Post 2 - 22.5 per week, (includes 5 shifts/5 days per week to be arranged mainly Monday to Friday to include occasional weekends) working on rotation between 7.00am and 7.30pm, on a permanent fractional contract for 32.6 weeks of the year basis. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required.
