You will work proactively as part of the Student Services Wellbeing Team with a focus on providing a holistic approach to the wellbeing of our students and service, whilst ensuring excellent service delivery to enhance student engagement and contribute to the student experience.
Duties will include: managing a caseload of students with a variety of complex needs including neurodivergent students, students with physical and sensory impairments and long term health and mental health conditions; establishing and maintaining case management systems and general administrative duties; keeping abreast of the Equality Act and relevant legislation. In addition, you will maintain links with academic institutes and faculties across the University and external agencies
