Exeter Innovation - Degree Apprenticeships
This new full-time post is available from 3rd March 2025 on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The post sits within the Degree Apprenticeships service to ensure compliance with funding requirements and identifying and working with the department to implement changes in response to internal and external drivers. As the scale of the apprenticeship provision increases, the post will implement innovative approaches to providing a high level of service to all stakeholders, utilising University and apprenticeship specific software solutions. Successful change management in a highly regulated environment is key and relies on a deep understanding of the context and our stakeholders.
The main purpose of this role is to provide leadership and education partnership advice and support for key academic staff for the delivery of Degree Apprenticeship priorities.
Lead and have responsibility for monitoring service standards, ensuring continuous improvement to policies and practices, and the development and implementation of high quality support for students, academic staff and fellow professional services staff in the full range of student experience and teaching delivery from the point of registration through to graduation, including underpinning systems support.
