Are you an experienced administrator, with outstanding attention to detail, customer service and project coordination skills?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a world leading university and play a key role supporting and coordinating UAL's Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes in achieving annual student recruitment and turnover targets.
UAL’s Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes offer specialist courses for the international market, including pre-degree courses, for students around the world to progress on to UAL courses.
As an International Programme Coordinator, you will work closely with the International Programme Manager to coordinate these programmes and deliver an exceptional experience for students, providing a seamless journey from their initial enquiry through to course completion.

About you
You will be educated to degree level (or possess relevant professional experience) and will have a keen attention to detail, including strong proof reading and data checking skills.
You will need excellent coordination and project management skills, along with the ability to direct others, manage your workload and deadlines without direct supervision and to plan, prioritise and manage resources effectively.
Previous experience within a sales/customer service environment is essential, along with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
You will also need strong IT skills with a high level of competency in MS Office, as well as data input and reporting databases such as SITS / Access / FileMaker Pro or similar.
