The Department of Education is looking to appoint a Research Assistant to join a program of research led by Dr Sara Ratner.
The Research Assistant post will will be a key member of a new interdisciplinary research hub focused on the design, regulation, implementation and impact of AI in Education. This one-year, part-time position involves supporting the aims of the newly established AIEOU Hub whilst also furthering your own research interests in the field.
The researcher will leverage their expertise in Education, Law, Computer Science or a related field that supports the Hub’s research aims. A strong emphasis on interdisciplinary, mixed methods research is needed. The post holder will assist with various aspects of the Hub’s work, including the organisation of events and contributing to the overall research objectives.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping to establish AIEOU as we endeavour to create a dynamic, global community of practice for AI in Education. You will be supported to develop your own research in this role through mentoring, professional development and access to global leaders in the field.
