The University of Liverpool’s Estates and Infrastructure team is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse and remarkable estate portfolio. From historic Georgian architecture to state-of-the-art research laboratories, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a world-class campus spanning 255 hectares with over 300 buildings.

In this critical role, you’ll bring your expertise in managing service and supply contracts to deliver industry-leading standards, ensuring value for money and operational excellence. As part of our Property and Campus Services department, you’ll collaborate with talented teams, influence strategic decisions, and help to drive the maintenance and enhance the condition of a globally respected institution’s asset base.
