About the role
As Senior Alumni Relations Manager you’ll have the opportunity to lead targeted engagement activity in key overseas territories in South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, with a particular focus on India and the UAE. Managing a pool of individual alumni and prospects with the capacity to provide significant support to UCL through advocacy, philanthropy and connecting us with key players in the region. You will lead on driving forward the relationships to secure support for UCL.
Flexibility is important for our team and you’ll be required to engage with and travel to other regions as required.
We’re happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job-share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working (minimum of 20% on site).

About you
You’ll have experience of working in a relationship management role with responsibility for engaging a variety of individuals and audiences. With experience managing projects, programmes or relationships in South Asia and/or the Middle East. An inspiring communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and high-levels of diplomacy. You’ll have excellent project-management skills and be able to work efficiently on many projects simultaneously.
