About the role
Many UCL School of Management students aspire to work in the financial sector.
As the Senior Employer Engagement Officer: Finance Specialist, you'll form part of a team of Employer Engagement professionals and Careers Consultants, and be responsible for leading the planning and development of a suite of employer/alumni activities for students looking to work in any area of Finance.
You'll manage and develop relationships with employers our students aspire to work for, and work with them to devise and facilitate activities that will support our students to understand the latest information on the opportunities available, and to prepare them to excel in the recruitment process. You will also collaborate with academics to identify opportunities for employer activity to be integrated into the curriculum, and will line manage an Employer Engagement Officer.

About you
To do this job you'll need to have experience working in Finance, Fintech, Accountancy or HR / Recruitment in one of the above sectors, or significant experience and working knowledge of financial services gained from a similar role in another university or business school. You'll also have a passion for supporting the career development of others.
