The Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance is an international and interdisciplinary research centre dedicated to the study of alternative finance, focusing on new financial instruments and channels of finance emerging outside of the traditional financial system in the areas of alternative financing channels, alternative approaches to credit analytics and alternative payment systems. The Centre provides academic thought leadership, evidence-based policy output and industry practice insights to improve global business practice in all aspects of finance.
The Centre is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to co-ordinate the efficient running of its Capacity Building and Education courses. The role will support the team in the execution of the programme's strategy which aims to provide a range of on-line and in-situ FinTech, regulatory innovation and suptech courses for financial regulators, policy makers and the financial services industry.
You will be educated to a degree level or have equivalent practical experience. You will have experience working in an administrative, project co-ordination/management role, and able to demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience of programme coordination. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and outstanding organisational skills are prerequisites for this role.
The funds for this post are available for 12 months in the first instance.
