Research Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a Research Assistant to join our team in School of Cancer Sciences.

The postholder will contribute to a project “Targeting Autophagy and Aberrant Metabolism of Leukaemic Stem Cells”, working with Vignir Helgason Lab at the Wolfson Wohl Cancer Research Centre, Glasgow.

The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a collaboration with a relevant PIs and contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications, research proposals and update an existing patent, as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.

This position is full time and funded for up to 12 months.
