The Role
We are currently seeking a results-driven Property, Estates & Safety Manager to join our senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and safe upkeep of our facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, mechanical systems, estate whilst overseeing the Health and Safety provision throughout.
The primary goal will be to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and employees whilst maintaining all aspects of the fabric of the building and award-winning garden whilst upholding safety and quality standards.

Madingley Hall is part of the Institute of Continuing Education in the University of Cambridge. Built in the 16th century, this elegant country house has 16 well-equipped meeting rooms, 62 ensuite bedrooms, a professional kitchen, licensed bar, coffee shop, Lodge House available as rentable short-stay accommodation and is set in 8-acres of grounds including superb Capability Brown designed gardens.
