About the Role
The Immigration Compliance team provides specialist support for key processes including issuing of CAS’s, maintaining visa, passport and engagement records for overseas students and reporting in line with UKVI regulations. The role will engage in a variety of administration tasks across the service providing support for Registry teams when required. This is a hybrid role, working on campus for at least two days per week, however, during peak times such as examinations and enrolment there is a requirement to be on campus full time.
About You
You will have a strong background in providing support for international student records and compliance with the UKV&I sponsorship duties. You will be confident in dealing sensitively with enquiries on all aspects of the international student journey from enrolment through to post award. Experience working in examination processes would be advantageous and a willingness to be flexible during key periods is essential.
About the Department
Registry Services is responsible for the maintenance of a student’s personal and academic record from the point of enrolment through to award, the creation of an academic and exam timetable, managing financial support, ensuring compliance with immigration rules and dealing with academic and regulatory queries.
