Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for a highly organised and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This role will involve hybrid working, including working at home and travelling between campuses in accordance with business requirements.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to support the leadership team members including the Director of HR, Vice Principal of Quality of Education and Deputy CEO and your working days will be varied. You’ll actively undertake administrative duties, with an involvement in managing meeting cycles, organising college systems and effectively prioritising your workload to ensure smooth operations, whilst maintaining professionalism and confidentiality throughout. Part of your role will also include conducting background research as well as collecting and analysing data to aid decision making

About You
You’ll be able to demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking abilities and strong communication skills with a proactive approach to managing complex administrative tasks. This is a key role requiring attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. It is essential that you’ll have previous experience working within a similar role providing support to senior leadership.
