About the Role
The Business Systems Manager plays a pivotal lead role in overseeing the design, implementation, management, and optimisation of business-critical systems. Working closely with the Head of Enterprise Systems the role involves ensuring that the systems effectively and securely support and improve business operations and efficiency and align with the departments’ and organisation’s strategic goals. The Business Systems Manager will collaborate with various departments and cross-functional teams to develop and manage strategies for the further development and exploitation of systems within their remit to ensure alignment with the organisation’s current and future needs.
About You
You will educated to degree level or equivalent and have extensive experience in managing Finance systems, ideally in a Higher Education organisation and you should have a working knowledge in the Unit4 finance system. You will be experienced in leading and managing a high performing team.
