We are looking for a proactive, positive, and flexible candidate who alongside primarily covering a weekday daytime schedule, will undertake a duty technician role on events each fortnight that will be outside of these core hours. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help lead and motivate a team of technical staff to deliver a seamless service to our customers. You will work collaboratively with colleagues within the technical, front-of-house and programming teams to provide an excellent customer experience. As an ambassador for Warwick Arts Centre, you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of users and visitors, making a positive impact on their experience. You will also have the opportunity to keep up to date with technological developments in the Technical Theatre and performance industry, advising on their suitability for use at Warwick Arts Centre.
