About Us:
DN Colleges Group seeks a Vice Principal - Business Growth, Skills and Partnerships to join our Senior Leadership Team. This role will shape our institution's future by leading Business Development, Marketing and Web, Student Recruitment, Admissions & Enquiries, and Projects & Contracts teams. You will collaborate with colleagues and external partners to drive sustainable growth. This role involves operating across various locations and representing the senior leadership team on campus when needed. You will develop and deliver an integrated strategy to meet or exceed recruitment plans across the College’s FE, HE, Adult, and Apprenticeship portfolio. Additionally, you will provide critical insights for curriculum development and create a commercial strategy to maximize the group's asset base. You will represent the College externally and foster strategic employer and business relationships.
