Are you ready to lead and deliver impactful construction projects at one of the world’s most prestigious institutions for art and design? The Royal College of Art (RCA) is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join its Estates Directorate. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the RCA’s vision of fostering creativity and innovation through world-class facilities that inspire our diverse community of students, staff, and visitors.
About the Role
As part of the Estate Development team within the RCA Estates Directorate, the Project Manager will oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects across the College’s three campuses: Kensington, Battersea, and White City. These projects include refurbishments of our iconic historical buildings, delivery of our 3>2 Campus unification programme, and other new-build and adaptation projects aligned with our ambitious RCA|Together masterplan.
Working closely with the Head of Project Management, you’ll manage projects from inception to completion, to ensure that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Acting as a technical expert in construction project management, you’ll play a key role in managing external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and College policies.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, creative environment while delivering meaningful enhancements to the built assets of RCA’s estate.
