The Royal College of Art is seeking a Part-Time Internal Communications Officer to join our Communications and Marketing team for a fixed-term role until July 2025.
About the Role
As the Internal Communications Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a measurable, multi-channel internal communications programme for our staff and students. Reporting to the Head of Communications and working closely with the Head of Portfolio Engagement/Senior Internal Communications Manager, you’ll craft compelling narratives that celebrate the RCA's work and foster a sense of connection and purpose across our community.
This role is central to supporting the RCA’s mission to remain the world’s leading art and design university while embedding principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability into all aspects of internal engagement.
